Senior Manager, Ad Operations
Job Summary
Owning the supply side of the ad operations business, the full-time Senior Manager, Ad Operations will manage the Koddi ad stack, oversee onsite inventory monetization, and lead offsite media support while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Assess the current ad-tech stack and deliver a roadmap for inventory and yield within the first 90 days
- Manage Koddi configuration, serving logic, and delivery health across various onsite placements
- Lead offsite distribution strategy across multiple platforms including Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
Required qualifications
- Proven sell-side experience at a publisher or retailer with a focus on inventory monetization
- Hands-on experience administering an ad server, including line items and targeting
- Strong understanding of ad server logic, including priority tiers and delivery rules
- Experience in yield management, including eCPM, fill, and sell-through metrics
- Familiarity with retail media platforms and programmatic selling is a plus
