Senior Manager, Ads Policy

Job Summary

Leading the ad, merchant, and Spam policy team, the full-time Senior Manager, Ads Policy will oversee the development and implementation of Pinterest's commercial policies while managing a team of policy analysts and collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with senior-level stakeholders to develop and implement Pinterest's ad and shopping policies
• Manage and lead a team of policy specialists, including hiring, performance development, and goal setting
• Serve as a subject matter expert on monetized policies and represent Pinterest's policy stances to industry stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public policy, research, sales, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing commercial safety policies at a senior level
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders
• Experience managing high-profile escalations and leading teams
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills, with the ability to thrive amid ambiguity
