Senior Manager, Adversary Research

Job Summary

Leading a team of threat researchers, the full-time Senior Manager, Adversary Research will define research strategies, direct complex investigations into cyber threats, and translate findings into actionable intelligence in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define the strategy and operating model for the Adversary Research team
• Lead and develop experienced threat researchers and analysts
• Direct research into sophisticated cyber threats and oversee proactive hunting across telemetry

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in cyber threat intelligence or related fields
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role managing research programs or technical teams
• Deep understanding of the intelligence lifecycle and threat ecosystems
• Experience analyzing various data sources, including endpoint and network data
• Familiarity with frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK and tools such as YARA and Sigma
