Senior Manager, AI & Automation
Job Summary
Accountable for building and managing the engineering team delivering Generative AI and intelligent automation products, the full-time remote Senior Manager, AI & Automation will oversee delivery, reliability, governance, and cost of the AI and automation portfolio while collaborating with various business leaders.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of AI and automation engineers, setting expectations and managing performance
- Own the roadmap and end-to-end delivery of AI solutions, ensuring operational readiness and quality standards
- Manage budget, vendor relationships, and cost forecasting for the technology portfolio while partnering with business leaders to shape demand and outcomes
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, applied AI, or automation
- 3+ years of direct people leadership experience, including hiring and performance management
- Proven track record of delivering production technology products at enterprise scale
- Working technical knowledge in Generative AI, LLMs, and related technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
