Job Summary
To support the growth of AI and HPC cluster engineering, the full-time Senior Manager, AI Cluster Engineering will lead a team focused on engineering support, community training, and managing engineering requests in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and grow a team dedicated to cluster engineering support and community involvement
- Develop an internal engineering community through onboarding, technical workshops, and knowledge sharing
- Own the request intake and prioritization process, ensuring clarity and tracking of engineering requests
Required qualifications
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Applied Science, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in high-performance computing, AI infrastructure, or large-scale Linux environments
- 5+ years of technical leadership or engineering management experience
- Practical understanding of Linux clusters, GPU workload scheduling, and cluster management
- Experience coordinating engineering requests and managing operational workflows
