Job Summary
Leading a team of AI engineers, the full-time Senior Manager, AI Engineering will drive the development of AI agents for HR and Finance, ensuring timely project delivery and seamless integration within the Workday ecosystem while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of AI agent engineers
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge AI technologies to enhance agent performance and reliability
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering leadership with a focus on AI/ML and cloud-based systems
- 5+ years of experience in design and development for mission-critical systems at scale
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Deep understanding of LLMs, AI agents, RAG, and orchestration frameworks
- Experience with enterprise-grade AI architectures and API integration
