Job Summary
To support the development of Salesforce's AI ecosystem, the full-time remote Senior Manager, AI Partnerships will manage the sourcing, structuring, and closing of product partnerships while driving the launch of new integration patterns and recruiting AI-native partners.
Key responsibilities
- Build and support AI partnerships to advance Salesforce's ecosystem vision
- Identify and launch new integration patterns and interop standards from concept to prototype
- Recruit and activate new product partners while supporting broader ISV recruiting efforts
Required qualifications
- 6+ years in product management, partnerships, strategy, consulting, or corporate development
- Proven track record of closing product partnerships that drive user engagement and business growth
- Experience in recruiting and activating partners within an ISV or developer ecosystem
- Strong 0-to-1 builder mindset with experience launching new products or platforms
- Genuine passion for the AI market with a strong understanding of current trends and developments
