Senior Manager, AI Programs

Job Summary

Leading the operating model for enterprise AI adoption, the full-time Senior Manager, AI Programs will oversee AI platform evaluation, integrations, and responsible deployment while ensuring alignment with business priorities in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Own and improve the enterprise AI operating model, including workflows, review criteria, and documentation standards
• Lead intake, review, and approval activities for AI tools and platforms, ensuring technical fit and compliance with security and scalability standards
• Create and support materials to facilitate employee understanding of approved AI tools and responsible usage expectations

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in leading complex cross-functional technology programs, particularly in AI or enterprise technology
• Strong working knowledge of LLMs and generative AI architecture, including security implications and responsible deployment
• Hands-on experience with AI APIs and technical evaluation of AI-enabled services and platforms
• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, information systems, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred
• Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders across various functions, including IT, Legal, and Finance
