Job Summary
Leading the Analytics Team in a full-time remote capacity, the Senior Manager, Analytics will manage data reporting and analysis to enhance decision-making for Finance, Operations, and Marketing teams across pet resorts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of analysts and Power BI developers, prioritizing analytics requests and coaching cross-functional partners on data readiness
- Own the Pet Resorts reporting portfolio, collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements and enhance reporting products
- Partner with the enterprise data engineering team to ensure data quality and governance, representing the line of business in data forums
Required Qualifications
- 8-10+ years of experience in business intelligence, data, insights, or analytics
- Proven leadership experience in developing teams and driving analytics initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, business, or economics
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with cloud data warehouses like Azure Synapse
- Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting
