Senior Manager, Analytics Engineering

Job Summary

To support a growing health tech company, the full-time Senior Manager, Analytics Engineering will own the dbt data mart, lead a team of analytics engineers, and establish standards for data reliability and governance in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage client exports, the dbt data mart, and the semantic layer to ensure data reliability
• Lead and develop the analytics engineering team, shaping processes and hiring as needed
• Establish and enforce standards for data quality, monitoring, and documentation across the organization

Required qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in analytics engineering or a related data role, with at least 2 years in a management position
• Advanced hands-on experience with dbt and a strong understanding of project structure and testing
• Experience owning an operational data surface with a focus on reliability and monitoring
• Familiarity with cloud data warehousing solutions such as Azure, Snowflake, or Databricks
• Knowledge of the healthcare tech industry and/or medical/pharmacy claims is a strong plus
