Senior Manager, Analytics Engineering

Job Summary

Leading the core Analytics layer in an enterprise data warehouse, the full-time remote Senior Manager, Analytics Engineering will set data architecture strategies, manage a team of analytics engineers, and align analytics priorities across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Own the strategy and roadmap for a hub & spoke data architecture, driving alignment across domain teams
• Lead the team responsible for building and maintaining the core Analytics layer, ensuring it meets domain team needs
• Set the vision for an AI-ready semantic layer and guide its execution across business domains

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, and/or Data Engineering roles
• 2+ years of experience managing or leading a team of analytics or data engineers
• 5+ years of experience developing data modeling strategies at scale
• 4+ years of experience developing in dbt
• Highly proficient in SQL, focusing on query design and performance
