Job Summary
Leading a team in a remote capacity, the full-time Senior Manager Application Development will oversee application development projects, ensuring quality standards are met while collaborating with various stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Key responsibilities
- Create and fulfill EHR use cases, identifying business and functional requirements
- Lead documentation efforts for discovery and implementation, ensuring clarity in requirements and workflows
- Support execution of vendor upgrades, system changes, and maintenance procedures while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Required qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years of related experience with previous management experience
- Two or more Epic Certifications, including Ambulatory WITH Healthy Planet or Healthy Planet with any of the specified certifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong experience configuring, designing, and supporting an Epic solution
- Knowledge of Ambulatory workflows and experience in test planning and execution
