Job Summary

Driving cloud and application security initiatives, the full-time Senior Manager, Application Security will lead a skilled engineering team remotely, focusing on transitioning to an AI-driven DevSecOps model while ensuring compliance and defining security policies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor an Application Security engineering team, aligning priorities with organizational goals
• Develop and implement a forward-thinking Application and Pipeline Security strategy to enhance automated remediation processes
• Collaborate with Platform Engineering to establish cloud security baselines and oversee application penetration testing initiatives

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in Application Security or Cloud Engineering, with at least 3 years in a management role
• Proficiency in AWS security governance and automated incident mitigation within large-scale cloud environments
• Technical mastery of CI/CD orchestration and integration of security solutions in developer workflows
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience
• Elite certifications such as AWS Certified Security - Specialty or AWS Solutions Architect - Professional
