Senior Manager, Billing Operations

Job Summary

Leading the charge in customer adoption and implementation, the full-time Senior Manager, Billing Operations will oversee a team of Billing Consultants, manage complex billing and payments implementations, and refine operational strategies for a remote SaaS company serving senior living communities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Billing Consultants, setting expectations and managing performance
• Oversee enterprise implementations from kickoff to go-live, ensuring quality standards and outcomes
• Own the operational strategy for payment processing and manage accounting integrations for accurate financial reporting

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in accounting, finance, billing, or related fields
• 2+ years of team management experience in implementation or financial operations
• Direct experience with complex billing, payments, or financial operations software
• Strong understanding of billing and accounting concepts, including invoicing and reconciliations
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
