Senior Manager Biostatistics

Job Summary

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the full-time Senior Manager Biostatistics will contribute to study design, protocol development, analysis planning, and regulatory submissions, ensuring high-quality results in a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and methodology of real-world evidence studies, including data analysis and reporting
• Author and review study protocols, statistical analysis plans, and related documentation while performing and validating statistical analyses
• Communicate results to cross-functional teams and translate complex statistical concepts into understandable terms

Required qualifications

• Fresh PhD or MS with 2+ years of experience in statistics, biostatistics, or a related scientific field
• Proficiency in scientific computing/programming (SAS, R, or Python) and advanced statistical analysis
• Experience with clinical trials and/or real-world evidence in the pharmaceutical industry or healthcare
• Good understanding of regulatory requirements and clinical trial design
• Ability to work successfully within cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
