Senior Manager, Business Analyst

Job Summary

Leading the delivery for the field sales force platform portfolio, the full-time Senior Manager, Business Analyst will oversee business analysis, agile delivery, and cross-functional program leadership while collaborating with sales operations and field leadership to ensure timely and quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the requirements strategy for field sales force platforms, ensuring clear and traceable documentation and functional specifications
• Oversee Scrum ceremonies and agile delivery practices, maintaining visibility into progress and establishing standard operating practices
• Define and drive the field sales platform roadmap, partnering with stakeholders to recommend improvements based on feedback and data

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Typically 10+ years of relevant business analysis, delivery, or IT experience, with demonstrated team management in a global or matrix environment
• Hands-on experience with field sales force platforms such as Veeva CRM and proven experience as a Scrum Master or agile delivery lead
• Strong background in requirements elicitation, process mapping, and documentation, with proficiency in Jira for backlog and sprint tracking
• Pharma commercialization experience with direct exposure to field sales operations and the platforms that support them
