Senior Manager, Business Applications
Job Summary
Leading the strategy and delivery of a Salesforce ecosystem, the full-time Senior Manager, Business Applications will manage a team of Salesforce professionals, oversee platform architecture, and ensure compliance while collaborating with various business units in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and mentor a team of Salesforce administrators and developers, managing hiring and performance
- Own the strategy and governance of the Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring scalability and compliance for over 1,000 users
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, including custom objects and integrations
Required qualifications
- Extensive experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud, including architecture and security design
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security models and experience in conducting security reviews
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
- Experience with Salesforce integration architecture and DevOps practices, including CI/CD tooling
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and their implications for Salesforce configurations
