Job Summary
Leading a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, the full-time Senior Manager, Business Systems will drive the architecture, roadmap, and operational health of the Salesforce instance while collaborating with various departments in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, overseeing hiring and performance management
- Own the Salesforce platform roadmap, balancing production support, technical debt, and new feature delivery
- Stay hands-on with architecture and code review, guiding technical decisions and managing the Salesforce DevOps lifecycle
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments and people management
- Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ and billing systems
- Strong understanding of Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD practices
