Job Summary

Managing a team of proposal and security response professionals, the full-time Senior Manager, Capture will oversee the entire response process, ensure quality submissions, and drive opportunity identification while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team, setting priorities and quality standards while managing workload
• Own the response function from intake to submission, ensuring timely and compliant responses
• Build and scale opportunity identification processes, focusing on high-revenue potential solicitations

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in proposal, bid, or capture roles, with at least 2 years in a management position
• Experience with structured reviews, content library governance, and win/loss analysis
• Proven ability to manage concurrent pursuits against fixed deadlines
• Fluency with formal procurement mechanics and experience in U.S. state or local procurement
• Proficiency in SharePoint, Salesforce, and Excel
