Senior Manager, Clinic Operations

Job Summary

Leading day-to-day operations across multiple clinics, the full-time Senior Manager, Clinic Operations will manage Clinic Operations Managers and Practice Managers, oversee clinic performance, and drive growth initiatives while working remotely with occasional travel to support operations and new clinic openings.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations at clinics, ensuring consistent patient care and experience across all sites
• Lead and develop Practice Managers, setting clear expectations and building a pipeline of future leaders
• Manage new clinic openings and integration of acquired practices, ensuring compliance and operational readiness from day one

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive healthcare operations experience, preferably in multi-site outpatient care or behavioral health
• Proven experience managing teams across multiple clinic locations with a track record of low turnover
• Experience in opening new clinics and scaling operations within a multi-site network
• Working knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements and experience maintaining compliance
• Strong skills in setting KPIs, managing operating budgets, and utilizing data for performance management
