Senior Manager, Clinical Data Management

Job Summary

Leading clinical data management efforts, the full-time Senior Manager, Clinical Data Management will oversee Kite-sponsored Non-Interventional Studies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage data management associates while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and execute management of clinical data management deliverables for Kite-sponsored studies, coordinating with internal and external teams
• Provide expertise and support for non-Kite sponsored collaborative and Investigator Sponsored Research as needed
• Lead the development and implementation of processes, policies, and SOPs affecting clinical data management and cross-functional groups

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with eight years of experience, Master's Degree with six years, or a PhD/PharmD
• At least 10 years of relevant industry experience with clinical trials
• Experience managing clinical data management deliverables for regulatory filings
• Strong knowledge of industry standards guidelines (e.g., CDISC) and experience with electronic data capture tools
• Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams effectively
