Job Summary
To take full accountability for end-to-end data management lifecycle activities across assigned clinical trials, the full-time Senior Manager, Technical Clinical Data Management will manage timelines, cross-functional communication, and deliverables while applying hands-on technical expertise in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead study communications and manage expectations with the Data Management CRO while overseeing activities defined in the Data Management Plan (DMP)
- Advance vendor oversight by applying data intelligence to enhance performance monitoring and operational efficiency
- Lead CDM inspection activities and ensure documentation is complete and filed in the Trial Master File (TMF)
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree with 8+ years of experience in Clinical Data Management
- Knowledge of FDA/CFR and ICH/GCP regulations
- Familiarity with CDISC and CDASH standards
- Experience with data visualization tools for building study-status and data quality dashboards
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Copilot or Claude
