Senior Manager, Clinical Supply

Job Summary

To support clinical studies globally, the full-time Senior Manager, Clinical Supply will manage Clinical Supply Chain activities, including inventory and logistics, while ensuring compliance with cGMP and coordinating with various teams remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Support clinical supply activities for trials, including demand forecasting, trial monitoring, and distribution
• Coordinate with Clinical Operations, CROs, and sites to facilitate participant dosing and enrollment
• Manage vendor selection and oversee packaging, labeling, and distribution operations for investigational medicinal products

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including 2 years in Global Clinical Supply Management
• Prior experience with investigational drug products and GCP training is required
• Demonstrated knowledge of cGMP, ICH/cGXP guidelines, and global Health Authority requirements
• Experience with global clinical supply forecasting, planning, and inventory management
• Proficiency in relevant software, including IVRS/IWRS, Excel, and MS Project
