Job Summary
Leading complex client engagements, the full-time Senior Manager, Clinical Technology will provide expertise in clinical informatics and EHR readiness to healthcare organizations, focusing on technology-enabled transformation in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Direct client engagement activities, guiding problem-solving and overseeing analyses and deliverables
- Advise clients on EHR and workflow changes, assessing their impact on care delivery and operational performance
- Develop strategies for organizational readiness and stakeholder engagement to drive successful technology adoption
Required qualifications
- Deep expertise in clinical informatics and technology-enabled transformation
- Significant experience with Epic, including readiness, adoption, and optimization efforts
- Strong understanding of clinical operations and the effects of technology on patient outcomes
- Clinical background preferred, such as nursing or therapy experience
- Advanced degree preferred (e.g., MBA, MHA, MPH, MSN)
