Senior Manager Clinical Trial Processes

Job Summary

To support Clinical Trial Delivery and Pharmacovigilance initiatives, the remote contract Senior Manager Clinical Trial Processes will provide process-development expertise, develop documentation, facilitate workshops, and partner with stakeholders to ensure effective operational delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to execute process-development and improvement activities for Clinical Trial Delivery and Pharmacovigilance initiatives
• Develop process content packages, including process maps, procedures, and implementation materials
• Facilitate workshops and interviews to gather requirements and document process steps while maintaining project plans and status reports

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent required; degree in life sciences or a related discipline preferred
• Six or more years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical research sectors
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a global, cross-functional environment
• Experience with project management, including organizing multiple deliverables and meeting timelines
• Global or international experience preferred, with the ability to work independently within established scope and direction
