Senior Manager, Clinical Trial Processes

Job Summary

To enhance clinical trial delivery and pharmacovigilance initiatives, the remote Senior Manager, Clinical Trial Processes will provide process-development expertise, create process content packages, and facilitate cross-functional workshops over a 6-month contract.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and update process content packages, including process maps and documentation
• Facilitate workshops and interviews to gather requirements and clarify roles in the clinical trial process
• Maintain project plans and track deliverables, risks, and decisions throughout the process

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent required; degree in Life Sciences preferred
• 6+ years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry
• Operational experience in Clinical Operations, Study Management, Data Management, or Pharmacovigilance
• Working knowledge of GxP quality systems and clinical trial processes
• Experience facilitating cross-functional workshops and discussions to gather process requirements
