Senior Manager, Commercial Servicing
Job Summary
To oversee a team of Asset Managers and Portfolio Managers in Commercial Real Estate servicing, the full-time Senior Manager, Commercial Servicing will manage hiring, training, and performance evaluation while addressing escalated issues for investors and borrowers in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Manage team performance and training, ensuring compliance with investor servicing guidelines and internal policies
- Oversee escalated client issues and ensure timely and accurate reporting in compliance with contract terms
- Collaborate with other business units on inter-company projects and system enhancements, providing training and support as needed
Required qualifications
- Four-year degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience preferred
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in CRE loan servicing, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role
- Comprehensive understanding of the CRE loan life cycle and prior experience with CMBS, RMBS, and SFR portfolio loans
- Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and other information processing programs
- Experience with REALSynergy or MSP servicing systems is a plus
