Senior Manager Compliance
Job Summary
Leading global compliance initiatives, the full-time Senior Manager Compliance will optimize SOX control environments, advise on transaction processes, and manage a small team while working in a hybrid capacity from Beachwood, OH or Moon Twp, PA.
Key responsibilities
- Lead global process optimization projects to enhance the SOX control environment through centralization, standardization, and automation
- Advise on the design of controls for compliant transactions, including acquisitions and divestitures
- Manage and mentor a team, prioritizing work to support Corporate Controls and Compliance objectives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting, finance policy, and internal control standards
- Proven project management skills with a detailed understanding of financial business processes
- Ability to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship
- Up to 10% travel required
