Senior Manager, Content Systems
Job Summary
To support the transformation of content systems, the fully remote Senior Manager, Content Systems will develop structured content strategies, create scalable tools and workflows, and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance content reuse and distribution across various platforms and audiences.
Key responsibilities
- Define and implement structured and modular content strategies, including content models and governance within Contentful
- Create tools and templates to streamline content planning, production, and distribution while identifying inefficiencies in workflows
- Implement AI and automation opportunities to enhance content tagging, optimization, and quality control across the organization
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in content strategy, content systems, or related fields
- Experience with structured content systems, preferably within Contentful
- Strong understanding of content modeling, taxonomy, and governance
- Proven ability to create scalable tools and workflows for content operations
- Experience integrating AI and automation into content workflows
