Job Summary
Leading the development of a continuous improvement program, the full-time Senior Manager, Continuous Improvement will strategize and manage large-scale projects to enhance operational efficiencies and client satisfaction in a virtual environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and lead a continuous improvement program aligned with business strategies and process standards
- Analyze internal processes and client deliverables to identify workflow improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with senior management and internal teams to ensure successful project execution and stakeholder engagement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Seven (7) or more years of related work experience
- Lean/Six-Sigma Belt(s) certification strongly preferred
- Portfolio Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Ongoing Continuing Education requirements for renewal
