Senior Manager, Creator Commerce
Job Summary
Driving the growth of creator commerce, the remote Senior Manager, Creator Commerce will oversee the TikTok Shop and Trybe Program, managing P&L, creator strategies, and content approvals while fostering relationships with creators and affiliates.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the TikTok Shop P&L, managing commission spend, product seeding, and agency fees to maximize GMV
- Lead the AG1 Trybe creator community, focusing on engagement, onboarding, and retention of top creators
- Design and implement creator incentives and challenges to enhance content quality and drive sales performance
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience scaling a TikTok Shop, including P&L management and affiliate growth
- Deep knowledge of creator/affiliate programs on TikTok, including commission structures and LIVE commerce
- Strong agency management skills with a track record of holding partners accountable to performance metrics
- Experience building and managing tiered/VIP and retainer creator communities
- Highly analytical, with fluency in GMV, TAC/CAC, and conversion metrics to drive strategic decisions
