Senior Manager, Credentialing

Job Summary

Overseeing all processes of credentialing and provider data management, the full-time Senior Manager, Credentialing will lead a remote team in managing provider enrollment, data maintenance, and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead a team supporting credentialing and provider data management from a technical perspective, including system updates and data analysis
• Direct oversight for the credentialing and re-credentialing of all healthcare providers
• Ensure compliance with corporate performance indicators and NCQA credentialing standards while managing provider data updates

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 4 years of relevant experience in credentialing and provider data management
• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience
• Strong technical background with hands-on expertise in SQL Server
• Knowledge of managed care operations and NCQA standards
