Senior Manager, Credentialing Operations

Job Summary

Leading a team of credentialing professionals, the full-time Senior Manager, Credentialing Operations will oversee the credentialing lifecycle, ensuring timely provider enrollment and compliance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of Credentialing Managers and associates, establishing performance standards and ensuring effective transitions in team structure
• Own the time to enrolled metric, analyzing and improving processes to reduce delays in provider enrollment with payers
• Build and maintain a comprehensive library of per-payer requirements and documentation to streamline the credentialing process

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in provider credentialing or payer enrollment, with a strong emphasis on Medicaid
• 2+ years of people management experience, including team development and restructuring
• Proven track record in process building and implementing data-driven solutions
• Experience working with offshore teams and understanding of their operational dynamics
• Strong proficiency in credentialing platforms and tools, with a focus on compliance and operational efficiency
