Job Summary
Leading a team of cybersecurity professionals, the fully remote Senior Manager, Cybersecurity Operations will manage the Cyber Defense Operations Center, focusing on monitoring, detecting, and responding to cybersecurity incidents while ensuring the security of information assets.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the Cyber Defense Operations Center, ensuring 24/7 incident monitoring and response
- Lead the incident response team to identify, analyze, and mitigate cybersecurity threats
- Manage and optimize security tools and technologies to enhance threat detection capabilities
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- Five years of experience in information security within a large healthcare provider environment
- Three years of experience managing a Cyber Defense Operations Center or similar team
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and incident response best practices
- Experience with security technologies such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection
