Senior Manager, Data Analytics
Job Summary
Leading a team in the execution of prioritized Enterprise Data Strategy & Engineering initiatives, the full-time remote Senior Manager, Data Analytics will manage business engagement, technical delivery, and value realization, translating business priorities into scalable data and analytics solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead discovery with Business Owners to translate priorities into product visions, roadmaps, and measurable success criteria
- Identify and scale innovative data, analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities to improve decision-making and business outcomes
- Define and track adoption and business-value metrics for assigned initiatives, ensuring post-launch support and enhancement prioritization
Required qualifications
- Doctorate degree with 2 years, Master's with 6 years, Bachelor's with 8 years, Associate's with 10 years, or High school diploma with 12 years of experience in Data Engineering or related fields
- Minimum of 2 years' experience directly managing people or leading teams and projects
- Experience delivering data and analytics solutions in the life sciences industry
- Demonstrated experience with Databricks, AWS, Power BI, and related technologies
- Ability to translate business needs into product requirements and measurable outcomes
