Job Summary
Driving critical cross-functional priorities, the full-time Senior Manager, Data & Analytics will manage strategic initiatives and program execution in a flexible or remote work environment, focusing on enhancing program efficiency and go-to-market readiness for data and analytics products.
Key responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional programs and coordinate executive steering committees to drive strategic insights and decisions
- Define and execute go-to-market readiness plans for data and analytics products while resolving critical path issues
- Establish and report key business metrics to facilitate executive decision-making and analyze trends for leadership insights
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of technical program management experience or 3+ years leading strategic programs at tier-one tech or consulting firms
- Experience integrating AI into work processes or decision-making, including automation and AI-driven insights
- Domain expertise in enterprise software/SaaS with a strong understanding of complex technology problems
- Proven collaboration with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing
- Professional certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent
