Senior Manager, Data Analytics
Job Summary
Combining people leadership with technical oversight, the full-time Senior Manager, Data Analytics will ensure accurate and timely reporting of core business data while working remotely from anywhere in the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Perform business analysis to identify root causes and develop recommendations for business improvements
- Collaborate across departments to implement improved workflows and processes
- Manage the timeliness and accuracy of internal and external report deliverables
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of statistical or data analysis experience
- Experience in Medicare and Medicaid managed care is a plus
- Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and automation/RPA tools
- Advanced knowledge of MS Access, Excel, and data warehousing methodologies
