Senior Manager, Data Integration

Job Summary

Managing a team of data integration and support engineers, the full-time Senior Manager, Data Integration will oversee the deployment and maintenance of outbound data integrations while ensuring effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the inflow of requests from stakeholders and maintain a backlog of work tickets to prioritize and deliver timely results
• Ensure day-to-day operations and maintenance activities with data partners meet expectations and service level agreements
• Continuously identify and drive process improvement opportunities while facilitating conflict resolution across teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Information Management, Computer Science, or related fields
• 4+ years of engineering or 3+ years of program management experience in data integration and operations
• Experience with project and partner management in the healthcare sector
• Proficiency in data integrations (ETL) with healthcare data types such as benefits, claims, and clinical data
• Working knowledge of agile delivery methodologies, specifically SCRUM and KANBAN
