Senior Manager, Defense Networks

Job Summary

To support strategic growth initiatives, the remote Senior Manager, Defense Networks will lead business development efforts focused on U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), cultivating executive relationships and overseeing opportunity qualification and capture strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and execute strategic business development initiatives within USSOCOM and the Special Operations Forces enterprise
• Establish and maintain trusted relationships with senior leaders across various defense and acquisition organizations
• Support capture activities from opportunity identification through contract award, including proposal execution and customer engagement

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, International Relations, Political Science, or a related field
• Proven track record in business development and capture management within the defense sector
• Strong understanding of USSOCOM acquisition processes and federal acquisition lifecycle
• Active U.S. Secret security clearance required; Top Secret/SCI clearance preferred
• Experience with SOF communications and related technologies is preferred
