Senior Manager, DevOps
Job Summary
Leading a team of Platform and DevOps engineers, the full-time Senior Manager, DevOps will own the AWS platform and drive the practice of Agentic Software Development Lifecycle (ASDLC) while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow a team of engineers, providing direction, coaching, and hands-on involvement
- Oversee the AWS platform, including infrastructure as code, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and incident response
- Implement automated verification standards to enhance product team releases with embedded tests
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in a leadership role within Platform or DevOps engineering
- Deep knowledge of AWS, infrastructure as code (Terraform), Kubernetes, and Postgres
- Experience with coding agents and LLM tooling in the software lifecycle
- Strong understanding of CI/CD practices and automated testing methodologies
- Excellent writing skills for creating proposals and decision records in a remote environment
