Senior Manager Digital Adoption

Job Summary

Leading enterprise digital adoption and systems enablement strategy, the full-time Senior Manager Digital Adoption will manage Organizational Learning Advisors and oversee the implementation of various corporate systems, ensuring effective training and adoption across platforms while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital adoption strategies for platforms including Medidata, Workday, and Microsoft 365, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Manage and mentor Organizational Learning Advisors, focusing on performance management and team development
• Establish and maintain standards for systems learning, including needs analysis, training content creation, and adoption metrics

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, or related field; master's degree preferred
• 8-10 years of experience in learning, digital adoption, or systems training, particularly with complex implementations
• Prior experience in people management within a learning and development context
• Familiarity with enterprise systems such as Medidata, Workday, and Salesforce-based tools
• Certifications in change management or instructional design are preferred
