Leading the development of a business model assessment capability, the full-time remote Senior Manager Domain Design will evaluate operational processes, collaborate with business and IT teams, and contribute to investment theses and technology roadmaps within HUB International's Retirement & Wealth Advisory Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and understand business and operations models to align with strategic goals
- Evaluate business capabilities for maturity and effectiveness against industry best practices
- Document business processes and develop technology investment plans to enhance business agility
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Extensive experience in business capability analysis and operational model development
- 5+ years of business process and workflow analysis experience
- 5+ years in enterprise/business architecture roles
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's in IT or related field preferred
- Demonstrated strategic business acumen and people leadership experience
