Senior Manager, Electrical Estimator

Job Summary

Managing cost management activities for complex electrical projects, the full-time Senior Manager, Electrical Estimator will establish cost management programs, prepare estimates, and support project lifecycle phases in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and oversee the cost management program for large-scale capital projects
• Prepare quantity take-offs and detailed cost estimates for electrical scopes of work
• Lead analysis efforts on cost risks and support the development of project control plans

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in cost management for capital projects, including design and construction phases
• Experience with electrical estimating and the ability to interpret complex electrical drawings
• Proficiency in Excel and experience working in complex, matrixed environments
• Prior experience in the construction industry, with a preference for candidates having life sciences experience
