Senior Manager, Enterprise Applications

Job Summary

Owning the finance and ERP platform, the full-time Senior Manager, Enterprise Applications will lead the evaluation and transition to Oracle Fusion while managing audit controls, team performance, and vendor relationships in a remote role.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end management of the finance and ERP platform, including requirements gathering, go-live support, and quarterly/year-end processes
• Lead the replacement of the tax platform and implement Canada multicurrency, ensuring compliance with regulatory changes
• Manage a small core team and a managed service provider, holding them accountable for service delivery and performance metrics

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing enterprise business applications with direct technical ownership of an ERP or finance platform
• 3+ years of experience managing teams and vendors, including offshore resources
• Working knowledge of SOX and IT general controls, with experience in audit processes
• Fluency in finance processes such as AP, GL, tax, and expense management
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
