Job Summary
Leading the Enterprise Data delivery team, the full-time Senior Manager, Enterprise Data will manage engineers and oversee the transformation of enterprise data strategy into reliable data products while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Enterprise Data delivery team, ensuring effective delivery rhythms and stakeholder communication
- Translate enterprise data strategy and business priorities into achievable delivery plans across various data functions
- Coordinate delivery efforts, manage dependencies, and ensure team outputs meet production readiness and quality standards
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or related technical data disciplines
- 3+ years of experience leading and developing technical teams responsible for data or analytics delivery
- Strong understanding of modern data-platform concepts, including lakehouse architecture and data quality
- Experience translating business priorities into outcome-oriented roadmaps and scoped delivery plans
- Ability to assess and challenge technical delivery approaches in a fast-moving environment
