Job Summary
Leading the Enterprise Data delivery team, the full-time Senior Manager, Enterprise Data will manage engineers and delivery work to translate enterprise data strategy into reliable data products while operating remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Data Engineers, Analytics Engineers, and Data Governance specialists
- Establish clear delivery operating rhythms for planning, prioritization, and stakeholder communication
- Partner with business leaders to shape intake, clarify outcomes, and prioritize use cases for data product delivery
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or related technical data disciplines
- 3+ years of experience leading technical teams focused on data and analytics delivery
- Strong understanding of modern data-platform concepts, including lakehouse architecture and data quality
- Experience translating business priorities into outcome-oriented roadmaps and delivery plans
- Proven ability to manage competing stakeholder priorities across multiple business domains
