Senior Manager, Enterprise Platforms
Job Summary
Leading the strategy and operations for assigned enterprise platforms, the full-time Senior Manager, Enterprise Platforms will oversee functional leadership, technology decision operationalization, and platform portfolio management while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Enterprise Tools & Platform Operations team, setting priorities and performance expectations
- Translate approved architecture and investment decisions into operational plans for configuration, onboarding, and support
- Maintain outcome-based roadmaps for enterprise tools, addressing demand, lifecycle, integration, and security needs
Required qualifications
- Typically 8+ years of experience in enterprise platforms, SaaS operations, or technology delivery, with 4+ years in a leadership role
- Demonstrated experience with enterprise work-management and collaboration platforms at scale
- Experience leading an Atlassian or comparable platform ecosystem with technical governance knowledge
- Proven ability to convert architecture decisions into durable operations and improve future decisions using evidence
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in technology, operations, or a related field
