Senior Manager, Enterprise Platforms

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and operations for enterprise platforms, the full-time Senior Manager, Enterprise Platforms will oversee the governance, adoption, and value of assigned tools while managing a team focused on operational reliability and user enablement in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Enterprise Tools & Platform Operations team, setting priorities and performance expectations
• Translate architecture and investment decisions into operational plans for onboarding, support, and retirement of enterprise tools
• Maintain outcome-based roadmaps for platforms like Atlassian, ensuring effective governance and service management

Required qualifications

• Typically 8+ years of experience in enterprise platforms, SaaS operations, or technology delivery, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
• Demonstrated experience with enterprise work-management and collaboration platforms at scale
• Experience leading Atlassian or similar platform ecosystems, including administration and workflow governance
• Strong understanding of service ownership, incident management, and license governance
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in technology, operations, or a related field
