Job Summary
Leading a team of Engineering Project Managers, the full-time Senior Manager, Enterprise Technology will drive the successful delivery of complex technology initiatives across Enterprise Technology in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of high-performing Engineering Project Managers
- Manage financial forecasting, capacity planning, and budget performance while ensuring project quality and governance
- Build alignment across technical, business, and executive stakeholders, providing executive-ready communications and reporting
Required Qualifications
- B.S./B.A. degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of experience leading complex technology projects or programs within enterprise environments
- 5+ years of formal people leadership experience with direct responsibility for team management
- Demonstrated experience in managing enterprise engineering initiatives across multiple technology domains
- Strong technical understanding of enterprise architectures and systems integration
