Job Summary

Leading the execution of commercial events, the full-time Senior Manager, Event Operations will develop marketing strategies, manage sponsor relationships, and ensure high-quality event experiences, with the flexibility to work remotely or from Richmond, VA.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of paid-event marketing plans aligned to revenue goals and audience targets
• Oversee end-to-end sponsorship execution, ensuring all contractual deliverables are fulfilled accurately and on time
• Manage project planning and cross-functional coordination across marketing, sales, and operations for paid events

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of post-graduate professional experience in a corporate setting
• Experience in event marketing, sponsorship management, or event operations
• Strong project leadership and ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Proven ability to build processes, improve workflows, and drive operational consistency
• Ability to manage sponsor relationships and deliver high-quality execution
